Rakesh Uttarakhandi (Rakesh Tomar) is a social activist, speaker, and the founder of Rudra Shena Dev Bhoomi. Guided by the values of dharma, he has established a network of karyakartas across the state to protect the cultural boundaries of Uttarakhand.
His work focuses on the preservation of local traditions, preventing demographic shifts in remote areas, rebuilding long-forgotten local temples, and educating children in Vedic values. He actively communicates through social media to connect with lakhs of youth.
